Local Students Celebrate Graduation from Penn State Berks and More

A group of dedicated students recently celebrated their graduation from various academic programs across local colleges, marking significant achievements in their educational journeys. The ceremonies took place in December 2025, with students from institutions such as **Penn State Berks**, **Lebanon Valley College**, and **York College of Pennsylvania** receiving their degrees.

The **Penn State Berks** practical nursing program saw the graduation of several students, including **Nicholas Arthur** from Honey Brook, **Courtney Downes**, **Haley Franklin**, **Adamary Fuentes**, **Ashley Galindo**, **Ayla Hernandez-Cruz**, **Robert Robinson Jr.**, **Teresa Rodriguez**, and **Talisa Peterson**, all from Reading. Other graduates included **Jeralyn Freeman** from Temple, **Alyssa Harris** from Mohnton, **Marie Massillon** from Sinking Spring, **Elisabeth Reyes-Avila** from Wernersville, **Bianca Watt** from Hamburg, **Ashley Wentzel** from Kutztown, and **Brian Woodson** from Lebanon.

**Lebanon Valley College** also celebrated the accomplishments of local students. Graduates included **Noah Barndt** from Spring Township, who earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and **Logan Tice** from Myerstown, who received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. **Kayla Brown** from Denver graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Audio and Music Production, achieving the highest honors.

At **York College of Pennsylvania**, several students completed their degrees. **Jennifer Burdette** from Hamburg earned a Master of Education, while **Tylin Colston** from Gilbertsville received a Master of Public Policy and Administration. The Bachelor of Science degrees were awarded to **Hannah Bancroft** from Gilbertsville in Health Sciences and **Alyssa Mott** from Wernersville, along with **Sarai Trout** from Bechtelsville in Nursing. **Quinn Himmelberger** from Sinking Spring completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.

In addition to the graduation announcements, the **Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi** at **Kutztown University** welcomed new members. **Rebecca Hohl** from Blandon and **Taylor Swartley** from Bernville were elected, highlighting their academic achievements and commitment to excellence.
