Valmark Advisers Increases Stake in Vanguard Value ETF by 11.5%
Valmark Advisers Inc. has increased its holdings in the Vanguard Value ETF (NYSEARCA: VTV) by 11.5% during the third quarter of 2023. According to its recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the firm now owns 76,119 shares, having acquired an additional 7,853 shares throughout the quarter. The total value of Valmark’s investment in the Vanguard Value ETF stands at approximately $14.2 million as per the latest disclosure.
Several other institutional investors have also adjusted their positions in the Vanguard Value ETF. Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB increased its stake by 18.3% in the second quarter, bringing its total to 59,058 shares, valued at $10.44 million after purchasing an additional 9,135 shares. Meanwhile, D.A. Davidson & CO. expanded its holdings by 2.8% in the third quarter, now owning 5,458,462 shares, worth approximately $1.02 billion after acquiring an additional 149,422 shares.
Financial Management Professionals Inc. similarly boosted its investment by 2.1% during the same period, now holding 140,062 shares valued at $26.25 million after adding 2,884 shares. Financial Advisory Corp increased its position by 4.1%, resulting in ownership of 225,945 shares, worth about $42.14 million following the purchase of an additional 8,984 shares.
Additionally, Bridges Investment Management Inc. raised its holdings in the ETF by 1.4% during the second quarter, now owning 11,679 shares valued at $2.06 million after acquiring an additional 159 shares.
