BREAKING: Rachel Campos-Duffy has officially exited FOX Noticias, the Spanish-language arm of FOX News, as of December 8, 2023. The network has swiftly announced her replacement: Andrea Linares, a two-time Emmy-nominated journalist, will take over as co-host.

This change comes as FOX Noticias aims to enhance its connection with the Latino audience. John Sylvester, Senior Vice President of FOX News, expressed excitement about Linares joining the team, stating, “We are very excited to welcome Andrea to our team on FOX Noticias, and we are confident her reporting will resonate with our Latino audience.”

Linares, a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in political science, previously anchored at TelevisaUnivision since 2016, where she conducted interviews with key public figures. Her experience also includes anchoring at WGEN-TV from 2010 to 2016 and serving as a reporter at various stations including WSBSTV and WLTV.

In her own statement, Linares shared, “I am honored to join such a terrific team at FOX Noticias and FOX News to continue telling important stories that matter and impact the Hispanic community in South Florida and throughout the country.”

In addition to the leadership change, FOX Noticias has exciting new digital initiatives set to launch in February 2026. The network will introduce a weekly digital program, available in both video and audio formats, featuring in-depth interviews across genres like sports, entertainment, and politics. Furthermore, the network plans to deliver quick, one-minute news updates multiple times a day on all social media platforms.

Current rotating co-anchors, Katrina Campins and Julie Banderas, will continue to lead the show alongside Linares. Meanwhile, Campos-Duffy will remain focused on her role as co-host of FOX & Friends Weekend.

This significant transition at FOX Noticias is poised to reshape the channel’s approach as it seeks to engage its Spanish-speaking audience more effectively than ever before. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.
