Baby Blues Sensory Playtime Event Launches at The Carter Museum
UPDATE: The Carter Museum is set to launch its exciting new program, Itty-Bitty Art, designed specifically for children aged 24 months and younger along with their favorite grown-ups. This free event, kicking off on January 1, 2026, promises to bring a burst of colorful joy and sensory experiences to families in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This monthly gathering offers infants and toddlers a chance to engage in a cozy, sensory playtime inspired by vibrant blue artworks from the museum’s collection. It’s the perfect opportunity for parents to bond with their little ones while exploring the world of art in an interactive way.
The Carter Museum aims to make this experience accessible to all families. An American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be available upon request, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun. Interested participants are encouraged to email [email protected] for more information on ASL availability.
Presented by Primrose Schools, this event is not just a playtime; it’s a chance to foster creativity and emotional connections between parents and their children. The museum is committed to enhancing early childhood development through art, and this program is a significant step towards achieving that goal.
Registration opens January 1, 2026, and families are urged to sign up early to secure their spot for a delightful morning filled with art and sensory exploration. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to enrich your child’s early learning experience!
Stay tuned for more updates as the launch date approaches, and mark your calendars for Itty-Bitty Art at the Carter Museum!
