Despite the settlement, Alarr’s attorney, Robert Barta, reiterated his client’s denial of the allegations, stating the decision to settle was made solely to end the dispute amicably. Corday Productions also maintained that Zucker’s claims “are without merit,” asserting they had offered her a contract renewal with a pay increase and promptly investigated Alarr’s conduct.
