The deal, confirmed by official records filed with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office, also involves an undisclosed sum received by Barings, the seller and real estate investment firm, to facilitate the termination of leases by two departing tenants. Other notable transactions include Nvidia initiating improvements on an office building at 300 Holger Way and Archer Aviation leasing space at 10 West Tasman Dr..
