Disney’s Festival of Holidays 2025 Kicks Off with Delicious New Menu
URGENT UPDATE: The highly anticipated 2025 Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure has officially kicked off, bringing a mouthwatering array of seasonal delights! This year’s festival, which started on November 14 and runs through January 7, features innovative food mashups celebrating the rich flavors of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Diwali, Navidad, and Three Kings Day.
Despite a rainy start, spirits soared as the skies cleared, allowing guests to dive into the festival’s mouthwatering offerings. The event showcases six marketplace booths, each presenting unique small plates that highlight winter holiday eats and drinks, with over 60 food and beverage options available throughout the park.
One of the standout items, the Al Pastor Mac & Cheese, features tender pork mixed with creamy cheese, topped with tortilla crumble and cilantro. Guests can find this delicious twist at the Holiday Duets food booth, where it has quickly become a favorite.
Also trending is the Spicy Cajun Loaded Fries at Smokejumpers Grill. Topped with hot links, cheddar cheese, and colorful bell peppers, these fries are perfect for sharing and deliver a mild kick that won’t overwhelm even the most sensitive palates.
For those with a sweet tooth, the festival offers the Holiday M&M’s Éclair at Merry Mashups. Filled with milk chocolate mousse and topped with whipped ganache and M&M’s, this dessert is both visually stunning and deliciously indulgent.

Festival-goers can take advantage of the Sip and Savor Pass, priced at $49 (or $46 for Magic Keyholders), which allows visitors to sample six individual items throughout the festival. This pass offers an excellent value, as each item averages approximately $7.65 to $8.15.
