1. **Rotate the Satellite Dishes**: Head to a dilapidated church located just northwest of the Data Vault. Climb up the scaffolding to access the roof and rotate the satellite dish to progress.
2. **Nail Down Roof Plates**: Travel to Trapper’s Glade, in the heart of Blue Gate. Find the ruined structure beneath the ‘S’ on the map. Ascend the east-side box to secure the metal sheets located between two traffic cones.
3. **Enable the Comms Terminal**: Southeast of Olive Grove, locate a yellow computer on a metal platform beside the road. This task is straightforward as it is out in the open. Interact with the terminal to activate it.
4. **Stabilize the Observation Deck**: Find the observation deck in the center of Ridgeline, east of Blue Gate. Although it is marked on the map, be cautious of patrolling robots. You only need to interact with one of the two objects on the deck to complete this step.
