URGENT UPDATE: Paula Noreen Means (Kubik), a beloved resident of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, passed away on October 14, 2025, at her home. The community is now preparing to honor her life with funeral services set for 11 a.m. on November 3, 2025, at the Helms Funeral Home located at 306 East Water Street, Decorah.
