Future Publishing Launches Sound+Image Subscription Competition
Future Publishing Australia Limited has announced the launch of the **Sound+Image/Australian Hi-Fi subscriptions competition**, offering participants a chance to win exclusive prizes. The competition is open to all Australian residents, excluding employees and their immediate families, and aims to engage audiophiles and magazine subscribers alike.
Competition Entry Details
To participate, entrants must log on to **www.techmags.com.au**, answer a specified question in **25 words or less**, and subscribe or renew their subscription to either **Australian Hi-Fi** or **Sound+Image** magazines. The entry period closes at **17:00 AEST** on **January 19, 2025**. All entries must be original work, and participants are encouraged to take full responsibility for their submissions to ensure compliance with the competition’s terms and conditions.
Winners will be selected by a panel from the **Sound+Image/Australian Hi-Fi subscriptions competition Executive Committee**, consisting of representatives from Future Publishing Australia. The committee’s decision is final, and winners will be announced in subsequent editions of both magazines.
Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain prior consent from a parent or guardian, who will also be responsible for the winner’s actions regarding the prize.
Prizes and Conditions
The total prize pool is valued at less than **AUD 640**, based on the recommended retail prices at the time of publication. Winners will receive one prize each, but are reminded that the prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual. If a winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of being notified, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
The promoter retains the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances that could compromise the integrity of the competition, including technical disruptions or external interferences.
Additionally, the competition is classified as a **Game of Skill** under Australian consumer law, which means winners will be chosen based on the quality of their entries rather than through a random draw.
Participants are encouraged to thoroughly read the full terms and conditions before entering to ensure compliance and a smooth competition experience. Further details are available on the official website, and any inquiries can be directed to Future Publishing Australia via their contact information provided.
