UCF Knights Set for National TV Showdowns in Big 12 Basketball

The University of Central Florida (UCF) men’s basketball team will feature prominently on national television this season, as several games from the Big 12 Conference are set to be broadcast across various platforms. The Knights’ schedule includes key matchups available on streaming service Peacock, as part of the league’s recent television rights agreement with NBC.
UCF’s Big 12 opener against Kansas at Addition Financial Arena is scheduled for January 3, 2026, with a tip-off time of 14:00. Another notable game will see the Knights face Kansas State on January 14 at 20:00, also airing on Peacock. Along with these, UCF will have multiple games showcased on FS1, including a road contest against Houston on February 4, a home game against West Virginia on February 14, and a match against Baylor on February 28.
Additionally, three road games will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network: against Iowa State on January 20, Cincinnati on February 8, and concluding the regular season against West Virginia on March 6. The Big 12 returns to a traditional 18-game schedule this season, following a brief shift to a more demanding 20-game format in the previous season.
UCF is gearing up for the upcoming season with a significantly revamped roster. The team features 13 new players, including 11 transfers from various programs. The only returning players are reserves Poohpha Warakulnukroh and Elijah Hulsewe. This transformation aims to bolster the Knights’ competitiveness in the Big 12.
