Carl Radke’s Non-Alcoholic Bar Welcomes Ex Lindsay Hubbard in NYC
Carl Radke has shared that his ex-fiancée, Lindsay Hubbard, recently visited his new non-alcoholic establishment, Soft Bar + Cafe, located in Brooklyn, New York. In an interview with Page Six Radio, the 40-year-old star of Summer House expressed gratitude for the support he has received from his co-stars as he embarks on this new venture.
Radke noted the positive feedback from the cast, stating, “It’s been amazing to have the cast support. You know, we’ve all launched businesses or brands and have our podcasts or whatever it is, but everybody’s really rallied around it.” He remarked on the significance of their visits, saying, “I wasn’t sure how people would receive it, but it’s been good.”
When asked about Hubbard’s visit, Radke confirmed her presence at the bar. “Yeah, I think when she took it in, she was like, ‘Wow, it’s actually here,’ so she was there, which was really sweet of her to stop by,” he shared. Radke expressed appreciation for her visit, especially considering their past relationship. “I was honored that she would take the time and come and, given everything that’s happened between us, it was cool to just see that.”
Reflecting on their past, Radke acknowledged that Hubbard had initially expressed skepticism about his idea for a non-alcoholic bar. He admitted that her concerns were valid, as the concept was not fully developed at the time.
Their relationship appears to be on a more positive path, according to Radke. “It seems to be on a better path. I mean, obviously we’ve gone our different directions, but there are so many mutual connections and friends,” he said. He added that they have shared moments of laughter about their history, hinting at a more amicable relationship moving forward. “We’re taking the right step forward, I think, and just kind of going one day at a time.”
As Radke continues to build his brand, news of a Summer House spinoff has also surfaced, adding to the excitement surrounding his new venture. The evolving dynamics between Radke and Hubbard, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, suggest a promising future for both individuals as they navigate their separate paths.
