Encouraging Creativity and Literacy

The Color Our World contest aligns with PA Forward’s initiatives focusing on Basic Literacy, Civic, and Social Literacy. It encourages teens to engage with their communities and express themselves through visual storytelling.

The Chester County Library System expressed its gratitude to all participants and the community for their enthusiastic support of teen creativity and literacy. The library’s mission is to ensure that every resident has access to exceptional opportunities to read, learn, create, connect, and contribute to a better quality of life.
