The upcoming tower will feature 579 residential units designed with short-term rental flexibility in mind. This project is a joint venture between Ricardo Dunin and a prominent Peruvian development firm, with architecture by a renowned Miami-based firm and interiors curated by a leading design studio. The building’s design emphasizes a modern, hospitality-driven layout, complete with ground-floor retail and lifestyle amenities.

Design and Amenities

The exterior of Domus Brickell Center will boast a contemporary façade, featuring private balconies for each residence. Inside, the design will highlight natural finishes, neutral tones, and integrated smart features. The project is strategically located just steps away from major transit connections, including Metrorail, Metromover, and the Brightline MiamiCentral station, enhancing its appeal to both residents and investors.

The development will offer a range of unit layouts, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options.
