Peak Asset Management LLC has increased its holdings in the Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (NYSEARCA:VTI) by 5.7% during the first quarter of the year. This change was disclosed in the firm’s latest filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. After acquiring an additional 179 shares, Peak Asset Management now owns 3,304 shares, valued at approximately $908,000.

This adjustment in holdings is part of a larger trend among institutional investors. Notably, GAMMA Investing LLC significantly expanded its stake in the Vanguard ETF, increasing it by an astounding 34,044.0%. Following this increase, GAMMA now possesses 1,623,205 shares worth nearly $446.1 million, after purchasing an additional 1,618,451 shares in the last quarter.

Additionally, HB Wealth Management LLC grew its holdings by 7.4% in the same period, now owning 8,458,435 shares valued at about $2.22 billion after acquiring 584,628 shares. Heck Capital Advisors LLC also made headlines by purchasing a new position in the ETF worth approximately $150.4 million during the fourth quarter.
