Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Reach Temporary Custody Agreement

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have taken a significant step in their ongoing custody battle by signing a temporary custody agreement. This development follows a mediation session held last week, aimed at resolving some of the immediate issues surrounding their six children. According to documents obtained by TMZ, both parties have agreed to the temporary terms, although the specifics of the agreement remain undisclosed.

The couple’s separation has been tumultuous, lasting over two years since they filed for divorce in May 2023. Their relationship, which began with a wedding in November 2011, has been marked by public disputes and serious allegations. Zolciak, 47, and Biermann, 40, share six children: Brielle, 28; Ariana, 23; Kroy Jagger “KJ”, 13; Kash Kade, 12; and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Biermann legally adopted Brielle and Ariana in July 2013. As the couple attempts to navigate their personal and financial difficulties, Zolciak has begun a new relationship with entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz, whom she started dating in March 2025. Mowitz is also experiencing challenges in his own divorce. In a reported move to protect his interests, Biermann allegedly reached out to Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, warning her that Zolciak might financially exploit Mowitz.
