A new drama titled “Will You Be My Manager?” is set to captivate audiences when it premieres on December 12, 2025. The mid-form series showcases a youthful coming-of-age narrative, centering on Hirose Hana, a Japanese exchange student with a hidden secret. The drama, which aspires to capture the same appeal as the iconic “Boys Over Flowers,” features a teaser poster unveiled on December 4, highlighting its six main characters.

Hirose Hana, played by the talented Japanese model and actress Nonomura Kanon, enrolls in the Management Department at Segi Arts High School, the only institution of its kind in South Korea. Here, she becomes entangled with a group of four charming students from the Acting Department, setting the stage for a series of romantic and comedic encounters.

The cast includes rising stars from both Korea and Japan, promising a blend of excitement and drama that is likely to resonate with global fans. Among the standout actors are Ahn Jun Won, Yoon Do Jin, Yang Jun Beom, and Nam Min Su, who are part of the multi-entertainer group ASTEON. Their performances are expected to showcase their versatility in acting, singing, and dancing, further establishing their potential as global stars.

Ahn Jun Won takes on the role of Goo Eun Ho, a confident heartthrob with a cool demeanor. Previously a child actor in a blockbuster film that attracted over 10 million viewers, he currently holds the top rank in the Acting Department. Yoon Do Jin portrays Cheon Si Woo, Goo Eun Ho’s best friend, known for his warm, boy-next-door personality.

Completing the quartet, Yang Jun Beom plays Kim Ba Reun, Hirose Hana’s cousin, whose charm resembles that of a playful puppy, while Nam Min Su embodies a free-spirited character who is typically laid-back but energized by fun.

“Will You Be My Manager?” consists of six episodes, each lasting 25 minutes. It will be available for streaming on Viki, providing an opportunity for audiences to engage with this fresh narrative and its vibrant characters.

As the premiere date approaches, viewers are encouraged to revisit classic dramas like “Boys Over Flowers” to prepare for this exciting new addition to the genre.
