The Adirondack Central School District will hold its annual STEAM open house on December 2, 2023, from 18:00 to 19:00 in the High School STEAM Lab and C-Wing hallway. This event invites the community to explore the innovative projects and creativity of the district’s STEAM students.

Visitors can expect a variety of student displays and demonstrations. Highlights include projects from the Sphero Global Challenge and the First Tech Challenge Robotics Team. These initiatives showcase the skills and dedication of students engaged in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

In addition to the student-led demonstrations, the event features a 3D printing demonstration and sale. Students will present items they have designed and produced, providing insight into the practical applications of their learning.

Admission to the open house is free, but attendees are encouraged to bring a canned food item as a donation for the local food bank. This initiative emphasizes community support while allowing visitors to engage with the school’s educational offerings.

The event represents an opportunity for families and community members to witness the future of innovation at Adirondack. All are welcome to attend and celebrate the achievements of the district’s students.
