UPDATE: In a stunning development for the gaming community, co-op RPG Fellowship has seen over 9 million dungeons cleared just one month into its early access launch. With a staggering 7.2 million hours logged by players, the game is quickly becoming a go-to for fans craving group dungeon experiences.

As Chief Rebel continues to engage its community, community director Hamish Bode revealed these impressive statistics in a recent developer update, igniting excitement among players during a lull in the MMORPG market. With World of Warcraft currently in a pre-expansion phase, the timing of Fellowship couldn’t be better.

The game’s popularity is evident, with concurrent player counts hovering around 8,000 and a remarkable 49 million deaths recorded so far—an indicator of both challenge and engagement. Bode did not specify the number of dungeons players failed to clear, but the sheer volume of activity highlights the game’s addictive nature.

Looking ahead, Fellowship is set to unveil a major winter event on December 11, which will kick off a series of exciting updates. Game director Axel Lindberg hinted at a pre-season reset in early 2026 designed to refresh leaderboards and character progress, giving players a chance to start anew with new heroes and content.

While details remain under wraps, the introduction of a tank and support hero is on the horizon, with one expected to launch alongside the pre-season reset. This will be part of a larger content update, which is anticipated to include new dungeons and cosmetic enhancements.

Future updates promise improvements to the new player experience, additional dungeon challenges, and social tools for better group formation, ensuring that Fellowship maintains its momentum in the crowded gaming landscape. Although the game is expected to remain in early access for around six months, it’s clear that Chief Rebel prioritizes player experience over arbitrary deadlines.

As excitement builds, many wonder how Fellowship will fare once Blizzard’s highly anticipated Midnight expansion for World of Warcraft is released. However, the shorter session playstyle of Fellowship suggests that players may enjoy both titles concurrently.

Stay tuned for more urgent updates as Fellowship continues to evolve and captivate the gaming world!
