JUST ANNOUNCED: Among the properties, a stunning condominium at 452 Nelson Ave. topped the list, selling for $999,500. This modern unit spans 2,078 square feet and was finalized on October 20. Buyers continue to seek spacious living areas close to amenities, making these homes highly desirable.

The second highest sale was a charming single-family home at 30 Garden Drive, which fetched $999,000. Built in 1976 and offering 4,076 square feet of living space, this property, sold on October 21, sits on a generous 7,501-square-foot lot.

Another notable sale was at 816 Allison Drive, where a home sold for $998,950. This property, built in 1977, features a spacious layout of 2,343 square feet and finalized on October 21.

Further down the list, a detached house at 361 E. 54th Street changed hands for $980,000. This property spans 2,864 square feet and sits on a 0.3-acre lot. The sale was finalized on October 20.

As the week progressed, demand remained high. A historic single-family home at 187 Tappan Road sold for $975,000, showcasing 2,046 square feet of living space on a 0.3-acre lot. This sale was completed on October 17.

In addition, a cozy home at 7 Rockwood Place was sold for $970,000, offering 1,640 square feet of living area and finalized on October 17.

The list continues with a property at 853 S. Maple Ave. sold for $960,000 and another at 532 Hobart Road for $950,000. These homes provide ample space and are situated in desirable neighborhoods, making them attractive to buyers.

Additionally, a single-family house at 117 Linden Street sold for $950,000, while a property at 143 Delmar Ave. wrapped up the list at $940,000. Both homes reflect the ongoing interest in Bergen County’s real estate market.
