URGENT UPDATE: The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute has just unveiled a captivating new exhibit titled “An American Christmas,” featuring 26 uniquely decorated Christmas trees that celebrate American history from the 1770s to today. This immersive display is now open and will run until January 4, 2026.

This exhibit arrives as the United States gears up for its 250th birthday celebration next year. “This exhibit celebrates the eras that have defined U.S. history and culture,” stated Melissa Giller, Chief Marketing Officer of the foundation. “It’s a chance for families to reflect on our remarkable journey—a story President Reagan deeply cherished.”

Each tree is meticulously decorated to represent a distinct decade, showcasing the evolution of American culture and significant historical milestones. The 1980s tree, for example, pays homage to President Ronald Reagan’s era, alongside iconic symbols such as personal computers, Cabbage Patch dolls, Rubik’s Cubes, and Beanie Babies.

Among the standout features is a tree representing the 1700s, adorned with replicas of the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and Bill of Rights. Visitors can also view trees that celebrate groundbreaking inventions like the first airplane and telephone. Notably, a tree dedicated to key moments from the 2020s has been newly added, making this exhibit particularly timely and relevant.

Families are encouraged to visit the Reagan Library to experience the history and nostalgia encapsulated in each tree. This holiday season, the exhibit promises to be a heartwarming gathering point where visitors can connect with the essence of American heritage.

Don’t miss this opportunity to explore a vibrant piece of history at the Reagan Library. Share the excitement with friends and family and plan your visit today!
