The winners, including Dorine and Ed Peregrim from Liberty Hill Lane, Jenifer Briggs from Church Street, Deborah Pelkey from Acorn Street, and Carol and Karl Scott from Grandview Avenue, were awarded handcrafted copper garden markers and tulip bulbs for their spring planting.
