Thomasville Humane Launches 13th Annual Clays for Strays Fundraiser
URGENT UPDATE: Thomasville Humane is gearing up for its highly anticipated 13th Annual Clays for Strays Fundraiser on October 11, 2025, at Southwind Sporting Clays and Quail in Quitman, Georgia. This signature event promises to unite the community for a day of fun, excitement, and vital fundraising efforts to support local animals in need.
The event will kick off with registration starting at 8:30 a.m. and shooting commencing at 9:00 a.m.. Participants can register as individuals or as a team of four, each receiving 100 targets for the competitive sporting clays course. This year’s tournament not only provides an exciting shooting experience but also offers chances for additional prizes through two thrilling bonus games: The Long Bird Exhibition and the Flush and Flurry Challenge, featuring a 50/50 cash prize. Team prizes will be awarded for the top three placements, alongside a special accolade for the best shooter overall.

Participants are encouraged to arrive with their own transportation, as rental side-by-sides will be limited. Shooters must bring their own shotguns and ammunition, with no restrictions on gauge, although 12 and 20 gauge are preferred.
