Diana Yancey, 66, Passes Away in Moberly; Visitation Scheduled

URGENT UPDATE: Diana Yancey, a beloved resident of Moberly, MO, has tragically passed away at the age of 66. She died on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Boone County Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of love and community.
Born on October 23, 1958, in Moberly, Diana was the daughter of Raymond and Betty Yancey. She is survived by her son, Tre Yancey, and her brothers, Larry Yancey and Terry Yancey, along with his wife, Charlene. Diana also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will deeply miss her.
Diana dedicated many years to her career, working for Toastmaster and later spending an impressive 27 years at Dura Automotive. Her impact on the community and her professional contributions will not be forgotten.
A visitation to honor Diana’s life is scheduled for Friday, September 5, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel. This will be followed by funeral services celebrating her life at 1 PM. Afterward, a committal prayer and burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.
