Open Auditions for Santa Clarita Master Chorale Begin September 13
URGENT UPDATE: The Santa Clarita Master Chorale is set to host open auditions for its highly anticipated upcoming season on September 13. Vocalists from the Santa Clarita Valley and beyond are encouraged to seize this opportunity to join a dynamic community of singers.
Participants will need to prepare for various vocal exercises and perform a solo piece of their choice. Suitable selections include a classical piece, an art song, or a Broadway solo that showcases their vocal range and artistry. In addition, auditions will feature a brief sight-reading component to evaluate each singer’s musical proficiency.
To audition, singers are required to bring along three copies of their music. A professional accompanist will be provided to support their performances.
