Arrest in Marshall Prostitution Case Uncovers Potential Victims

UPDATE: A 33-year-old man from Jefferson, Texas, has been arrested in a significant prostitution case that police believe could reveal “multiple victims.” Trevor Lee Lohr was charged with solicitation of prostitution on August 21, 2023, following a previous arrest on August 7, 2023, for harassment and solicitation of prostitution.
The Marshall Police Department, with support from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team and the Marion County District Attorney’s Office, executed a warrant in Jefferson leading to Lohr’s arrest. The police emphasized that this case is ongoing, with detectives actively pursuing leads to potentially identify other victims affected by Lohr’s actions.
“Investigators believe there may be multiple victims involved,” the police stated in a recent announcement. As the investigation unfolds, authorities are prepared to file additional charges against Lohr as new evidence comes to light.
