SRTC Promotes Key Leaders to Executive Roles, Boosting Impact

BREAKING: Southern Regional Technical College (SRTC) has just announced significant promotions within its leadership, enhancing its commitment to student success and community engagement. Effective immediately, Brittany Bryant is now the Executive Director of Marketing and Public Relations, and Christina Reneau has been elevated to Executive Director of Institutional Advancement.
These promotions underscore SRTC’s determination to leverage proven talent in its executive ranks. Jim Glass, President of SRTC, expressed enthusiasm, stating, “It gives me great pleasure to announce these well-deserved promotions. Christina and Brittany have proven themselves to be outstanding employees and huge advocates for our students.”
WHY THIS MATTERS NOW: The college is poised for transformative growth, with both leaders bringing extensive experience and innovative strategies to their new roles. Brittany Bryant, who has been with SRTC since January 2014, previously served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations. She spearheaded the successful GimmeFive enrollment campaign, which led to a remarkable 27.3% annual increase in enrollment from AY22 to AY25, marking nine consecutive semesters of growth through Summer 2025.
Bryant holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University and will now oversee the college’s marketing initiatives, brand management, and digital campaigns while ensuring that SRTC’s website and catalog reflect its evolving mission.
In parallel, Christina Reneau has been instrumental since her appointment as Director of Institutional Advancement in May 2021. She has driven significant fundraising efforts, including the establishment of the Comedy for a Cause fundraiser that has raised over $100,000 since its inception in 2022. Her initiatives have increased faculty and staff contributions by an impressive 149% since taking office.
Reneau, who also holds a Master of Business Administration, will expand her focus on enhancing donor relations and corporate partnerships, vital for the ongoing success of SRTC’s Foundation.
WHAT’S NEXT: As SRTC continues to adapt and grow, these leadership changes will play a crucial role in advancing the college’s strategic objectives. With over 150 degree, diploma, and certificate programs, SRTC caters to students across 11 counties in Southwest Georgia. The institution is committed to providing quality education that leads to successful careers, ensuring that both Bryant and Reneau’s leadership will have a lasting impact on the community.
