In a significant milestone, The Delmore secured its foundation permit from the Town of Surfside last month, allowing construction to commence at 8777 Collins Ave. Deep-soil mixing has been in progress for several months to reinforce the site, now more than one-third complete. Vertical construction is set to commence in the third quarter of 2026, with anticipated completion by 2029.
