GigaCloud Technology Inc has appointed industry veteran Kerry Lebensburger to its Board of Directors, effective August 17, 2025. This appointment follows the retirement of Lorri Kelley, who has served on the Board for two years. With this change, GigaCloud’s Board maintains a total of five members.
Kerry Lebensburger brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having served nearly 30 years as President of Ashley Furniture, one of the largest furniture companies in the United States. His extensive background spans various senior leadership positions across sales, marketing, merchandising, product development, and business growth. Since retiring from Ashley Furniture in 2023, Lebensburger has also held positions on the boards of several industry organizations, including the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame and the Home Furnishings Association.
